At Agencyfic, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing and digital services. This Cancellation & Refunds Policy sets out the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.
1. Service Cancellations
- A request for cancellation must be sent in writing to contact@agencyfic.com before the commencement of any project or campaign.
- Once a service has started (including campaign setup, strategy planning, ad account creation, website development, or any form of execution), cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is received before project work begins.
- Payments made for services already initiated, partially completed, or fully delivered are non-refundable.
- Payment made for data is partially refundable (Excluding ad spent) within 24 hours of purchase. Email with subject “requesting for a refund” at contact@agencyfic.com
- Any payments made towards third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar) are billed directly by those providers and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Advance / Upfront Payments
- All advance or upfront payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
- In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Agencyfic’s management.
4. Disputes & Resolution
- Clients are encouraged to first contact us at contact@agencyfic.com for any concerns or disputes.
- Agencyfic reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility, in line with the terms of this policy.
5. Policy Amendments
Agencyfic may revise or update this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
