4. Refunds & Cancellations

- SaaS Software:

- Agencyfic retains full ownership of all intellectual property.
6. Client Responsibilities (For Services & SaaS Use)

- SaaS users must keep login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized users.
- Clients/users must not use Agencyfic services or software for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, campaigns, eBooks, and software developed by Agencyfic remain our intellectual property.
- Purchase or subscription grants usage rights only, not ownership of copyright.
- Agencyfic may showcase completed projects or anonymized case studies for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Agencyfic shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or software.
- Marketing results (such as conversions, sales, or leads) are not guaranteed, as they depend on external factors beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [ Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ].
